Our construction division mainly works within the North East of England. Clients include local authorities, housing associations, universities and the NHS, as well as private sector clients. Projects range from high tech operating theatres to listed buildings, schools to industrial buildings, new build to refurbishment, traditional to timber frame. Contract values range from a few thousand pounds up to £5m projects.
