Our Testimonials
I am writing to say how pleased I was with the men from your company who were working on my flat today. they were such gentlemen. They are hard workers and also worked well with the other teams. I have also written a letter to KeepMaat and enclose a copy. The men namely, Phill, Jamie, Michael Tony and John really deserve some recognition for the good work they are doing. These days it's rare to find such a good team of men. If they were working for me I would do all I could to hang on to. They are five-star standard and they get my 'Workmen of the Year' award.

Just a quick one really to say how impressed I am by Derek/Wayne/Gavin and the wider T.Manners team. I was on site today for the progress meeting now work is well underway and the site is being managed with utter professionalism and was very pleasing to witness following a site tour.
Great interaction with our EA and project team also demonstrating excellent ‘partnering’ work.

Please would you pass on our thanks to Chris, the foreman for Manners, who ran the project at St Mary's this summer. This has been one of the best refurbishment projects we have had done over the past few years and it was greatly down to his professionalism and dedication.
Dianne Wilson / Manager St Mary's College Area, Newcastle University
Your company has been responsible for the two main phases of the work both executed with extraordinary skill and craftsmanship.
Firstly the chancel, which is not only aesthetically stunning but creates a whole new ambience noticeable immediately you enter the building; secondly the servery and store, both practical and unobtrusive blending perfectly with their surround, the resulting space in the north aisle will greatly enhance the opportunity for groups outside the church to run activities which hopefully will lead to greater church and community integration.
A host of crafts and trades have contributed to the whole; please pass our thanks to each and every one of them, it is refreshing to see such standards of workmanship still retained in this utility age.

Vibes Café, known as The Garden, officially opened on Monday and has been a great success, receiving positive comments from both customers and Catering Staff.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank T Manners for providing an exemplary service, particularly Mike Haywood and his Team who delivered the project on time and to the high standard required by the University.
I sincerely hope that T Manners & the University can work together on future projects.

Refurbishing healthcare premises whilst they continue to operate is notoriously challenging and you have risen to and met that challenge to a very high standard. I would like to particularly single out your site manager David Holmes who has shown an exemplary end user focussed grasp of what is important to us and has been a clear leader in steering the project to its timely and very well received conclusion. Under his day to day leadership all contractors have shown a respect for the needs and workings of our Practice, its staff and our patients. This has made my and my colleagues’ job much easier in co-ordinating our side of things and in minimising the impact of the inevitable disruption to our services.
