T.Manners & Sons Ltd are accredited by the industry leading Exova BM TRADA Q-Mark certification for the Manufacture, Installation & Maintenance of Fire Doors and Fire Stopping.
We can offer a complete manufacture, installation and on-going maintenance service to clients that:
- Provides the reassurance that every door is produced to the same specification and quality.
- Ensures doors are installed in the same configuration as that tested and are labelled to that effect.
- Ensures we can properly maintain doors to ensure they continue to perform as intended during a fire .
In addition, our specially trained technicians can:
- Install approved fire doors manufactured by others and certify the installation, we can either supply & install or install only.
- Carry out Fire Doors works in isolation, as part of a main contract or a sub-contract package.
- Inspect existing installations and report on non-compliance with certification standards and carry out any upgrading works required.
As we have this level of accreditation and operate as a Principal Contractor with large directly employed workforce together with a substantial Specialist Joinery Division the service we can offer is unparalleled in the North East, and we are able to carry out work outside of this region.
