Construction
Our Construction Division generally works within North East England. Clients include Public Authorities, Housing Associations, Universities and the NHS as well as numerous Private Sector Clients. Projects range from high tech operating theatres to listed buildings; schools to industrial buildings; new build to refurbishment; traditional to timber frame. Contract values range from a few thousand pounds up to £5 million.

From our modern purpose built workshop in Bishop Auckland, our Specialist Joinery Division employs time-served craftsmen who manufacture and install a wide range of joinery items using both traditional and modern techniques. Working throughout the UK our clients include most of the ‘major contractors’ and many blue chip companies.
Small Works
Our Small Works Division predominantly services small repair and maintenance contracts within the Public and Private Sectors and has an enviable reputation within the Insurance Sector for responding both rapidly and efficiently to fire, flood and gale damage.
Mechanical
Having Gas Safe registration our Mechanical Division complete mechanical contracts throughout North East England working direct for clients or as a subcontractor to numerous main contractors.
Fire Doors
We are BM TRADA Q Mark Accredited to manufacture, install and maintain Fire Doors and our dedicated team of craftsmen are also accredited Fire Stopping Installers.
