We are extremely delighted to announce that in our 160th Year in Business we have secured our largest contract value project to date with a development in our home town at the Former King James School, Bishop Auckland. The project has a value of circa £4.7m and a contract duration of 18 months. This Design & Build contract includes restoring and incorporating the current building façade into an apartment block comprising of 12Nr apartments; along with the construction of 16Nr bungalows & extensive external works as part of a social housing scheme.
We are very excited to announce the launch of our newly designed website to commemorate our 160th year in business. We wanted to make the new website easier to use, more informative and personal to us as a company.
We have recently secured a project to carry out internal alterations and a full refurbishment to a three-storey residential building for a care provider.
This year we have chosen to partner with a charity local to us – ShildonAlive and a charity close to a lot of us- McMillan Cancer Support. We hope to raise as much donations as possible. We will be collecting food, coats and monetary donations in the run up to Christmas to help those in crisis. If you would like to help please get in touch!
