We are extremely delighted to announce that in our 160^th Year in Business we have secured our largest contract value project to date with a development in our home town at the Former King James School, Bishop Auckland. The project has a value of circa £4.7m and a contract duration of 18 months. This Design & Build contract includes restoring and incorporating the current building façade into an apartment block comprising of 12Nr apartments; along with the construction of 16Nr bungalows & extensive external works as part of a social housing scheme.
