Our surveyors only work on property insurance claims, so they can ASSIST you in establishing what the insurance company is prepared to pay.
We will provide you with a Claims File to ASSIST in your dealings with the insurance company. Your Claims File will include:
A comprehensive surveyors report on the damage and remedial action required
A detailed quotation for all works – we use a cost analysis format that is widely recognised by insurance companies and as a result they will often be willing to settle the claim without the need for further quotes
We will ASSIST you in any negotiations with loss adjusters.
We will make sure that repair work starts quickly, at a time that suits you and we will ASSIST in the selection of materials and finishes to ensure they match with the original items.
We will engage all trades directly, YOU PAY NOTHING – we purchase all materials and project manage the whole job – our ASSISTance means that you don’t need to be involved in any of this.
We will be paid direct from the insurance company – you pay only the excess (and we may be able to ASSIST with that).
Our tradesmen are vetted, wear uniforms, carry photo ID and are CRB checked. We guarantee all works for 12 months and all our costs are paid direct by your insurance company, you have nothing to pay for this service.
