Creating valuable space for learning at Holy Family School in Darlington

We are making great progress at Holy Family School, in Darlington, where we are refurbishing the adjacent parish hall and changing its use to become part of the school.
The photographs show the space as we took it over. Already, the stripping out works, installation of new stud work and first fix M&E are complete and the next stage of the project will involve closing of the stud walls, plastering, second fix Fix M&E and joinery.
As well as recovering the existing roof, the interior will be reconfigured to enable the school to create additional space for learning and to enhance its facilities. The finished scheme will see the original building transformed and we are looking forward to posting updates of the site as the work develops.
