Management Trainee Apprenticeship
Due to an increasing customer base within the Fire Doors division, T Manners & Sons Ltd is looking to expand their team by offering a Management Trainee apprenticeship. As a long-standing family run business, T Manners offers a wide variety of construction projects in the North East with our Fire Doors division manufacturing, installing and maintaining Fire Doors across a variety of customer sites, including schools, hospitals, care homes and housing association properties.
T Manners has employed apprentices from its earliest days, with many of our Senior Managers starting in this role. As an apprentice, you’ll be working in a supportive multi-disciplinary team, gaining hands-on experience and invaluable skills supporting this fast paced and reactive division.

- Working towards the Level 3 Advanced Construction Support Technician qualification via a College Apprenticeship program one day per week.
- Attending further essential training to support you working in a construction focused environment.

What we would like you to offer:
- Competent skills in Microsoft Office packages and data entry.
- An active interest in Construction & the Built Environment and aspiration to progress within the sector.
- Flexible attitude and confidence to work in a reactive and fast paced environment.
- Good attention to detail.
- Commitment to working full-time hours and full attendance at an identified local college one day per week.
- GCSE passes in English and Math at level 4 would be desired.
