Contracts Manager

Following the success of securing some key projects and frameworks an opportunity as a Contracts Manager has arisen within our award winning construction team.

As a contracts manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing important legal documents relating to construction projects and ensuring that any issues which arise are resolved as quickly and effectively as possible.

The role is to lead and manage a team both office and site based to ensure that contracts are completed on time, to specification and within budget and in a safe manner. Provides the link between the Client’s team and the construction team.  You will have the tenacity to QS and Estimate which will enable an acute attention to detail and effective delivery.

A proven delivery against projects ranging £0.5 million to £7.5 million, in particular commercial and housing, your skills and experience will enable you to hit the ground running in a vibrant, fast paced close knit business.

Relationship building and communication are key to successful management alongside the ability to manage and drive delivery.  Proficiency and underpinning qualifications or equivalent will ensure a solid basis from which your capability thrives.
